I paid my bill via the online option yesterday after my phone was cut off on friday. Does anyone know how long it takes an online payment to register and the subsequent bar to be lifted?

It's normally removed once the payment has cleared. I would be tempted to call or use the chat option to contact customer service and ask them if they can reconnect you.
