Hi, I have just noticed that my O2 account has been charged £3.00 per week dating back to mid-September. The payments are apparently to PM Connect which is described as an App. I need to stop these payments and get my money back. Has anyone else suffered this scam?

It's something you have inadvertently signed up for by clicking on a link. Please follow the thread here to try and get refunded.

Now that would be too easy. The whole idea behind these scams is to make it ridiculously easy to sign up but a lot of messing about to cancel.
It's time the toothless authorities followed the example of Thailand where all these services are stopped with a simple automated phone call to *137. Any subscriptions are cancelled within 24 hours. I've had call to use the system twice.
