I am currently with another Network but have never signed a contract or seen a contract, it was from a business account and a third party (BPD) who negotiated.
I have finished my contract early to join O2, as I beleive I have never had a contract.
Can they charge me cancellation charges?
Are Mobile Phone Providers Legally obliged to furnish you with a contract? and a signed one at that?
I have no information on length of contract, termination fees etc (although I know that with all contracts there is a contract implied which is 24 months)
Just wondering whether to fight this in court or not

Contracts do not need to be in writing.
In some form there was an offer and an acceptance.
By continuing to pay the monthly invoice and using the phone/account that is an implied acceptance of the T&Cs.
I would not recommend starting legal action on this.
