http://consumers.ofcom.org.uk/news/customer-complaints-july-2016/ O2 still doing very well compared to all the other mno's and only tescos mvno did better than o2

@Anonymous did you have a genuine reason to contact Ofcom officially...or was your conversation 'with one of them' just that...ie a conversation? I am not challenging what you say but your last sentence seems a little presumptious to say the least.....

Ofcom don't deal with personal complaints anyway, so that was pointless to contact them too.

Mr. Right is not happy. Sorry . Guilty. I would not go to Ofcom but I know how my complain in O2 will end. In a trash basket. This is not a first time. This is OK with me. I probably would do the same.
I just regret one thing that I did not made any call records would be a lot of laugh.
