In Ireland, as far as I understand, one of the promises Three is making to their customers is an "Irish Customer Care Team". I take it as they will stop outsourcing it abroad (if they ever did that in Ireland that is).

I think its better to leave all the wheeler dealing to those who know what they are doing...
From a purely selfish point of view if my service improves and I am not charged through the nose for it...I personally don't care who takes it over.....though being able to use my allowances abroad would be a bonus
