O2 webmail still featured on myO2 - why?

O2 stopped doing webmail several years ago, so why on myO2 does it still have a big button at the bottom of the page which says:

 

O2 Webmail

Access your O2 email account

Go to My O2

I never used it either but I still have the link....

Yes, but when it does eventually shut down for good, you can bet your bottom dollar that there will still be people who come to the forum throwing hissy fits saying they weren't informed.

That is almost certainly the problem. Some bright spark in Purchasing/Procurement identifies there's no employee with that skill so it's outsourced, little realising that any outsourced contract needs to be managed.
