O2 poor service

Can't believe for the second time this year o2 has let us down again with what I can only call is an appalling service provider. I left t-mobile 4 months ago for 02 biggest mistake of my life. When my contracts up I will def be going back to t-mobile there service is second to non just I little more expensive but well worth the extra. The managers keep saying they sorted the problem at 3-30pm this aft funny that coz its 11.30pm and YESS still no signal.

Had to go & buy a T mobile pay as you go sim because of today's problems, busiest day of the week for me & no voice, text or data!!! The T Mobile network was a lot better, data was faster & no dropped calls.Only 3 months left on my O2 contract & I know where I'm going And it will be about 30 % cheaper for more minutes text & data.

Brilliant I'm glad you found a solution. May I ask did you have calls forwarded to your t mobile sim or you just used it as a separate number?

Lets face it like I said before but obviously you didn't take it on board. I left t-mobile to go to 02 mistake-so now I'm tied into a contract which services are well below average to my experience with network providers. I will endeavour to leave 02 ASAP because there services could destroy my family business which I will not let happen. I understand all have an opinion and some are good and some are bad.To be BLUNT If I could leave this instance I would but as you know it's not that simple, I bid you good day no hard feelings.

O crap I'm sorry:( I thought this was another guy who transferred from t mobile 3 days ago and hated O2.

I really can't apologise enough I didn't mean to confuse you with another person.

I do understand your plight I'm sorry.
