Two weeks ago I upgraded to an iPhone 16 pro - but still haven’t received it because of UK warehouse problems…

I received a tracking link but it always says awaiting carrier.

I’ve spent hours waiting and then speaking to customer care - who were no help.

I’ve spoken to the manager of my O2 shop who said they haven’t had any deliveries either…

I keep seeing advertisements on the TV saying how caring and quick O2 are…

and I’ve just had an email saying that they hope my time since the upgrade is going well and if there’s anything they can do to help - get in touch with Customer Care!!!

If O2 know there is a problem with my order then why haven’t they contacted me telling me about it and saying sorry…

I know I’m not the only “valued customer” with the same problem because whilst in the shop 5 other “valued customers” came in saying the same!

it feels like a scam!

No you cant.... But try being honest and levelling with your customers rather than giving us all BS excuses and saying itll be with you in a few days when they know it wont. Awful customer service from o2. Nobody would be annoyed had they have sent emails to everyone with an outstanding order explaining what was happening.

It's not good telling O2 to be honest with their customers here as no one from O2 is ever going to read your post.

As to us regulars here, we know how bad O2 can be.

Personally I've seen enough here to a) never buy from O2 b) never try to do a number port

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
