So 4 months ago, I chose 2 flagship handsets with O2, being attracted by their Unlimited Ultimate Plan. Along with the 90 day Switch, the Prime and Disney+ the next big thing was the McAfee Security VPN they chucked in for free.
2 months ago I was told the Switch Up is now once a YEAR (just like any other provider) and they downgraded McAfee Plus to a measly Standard.
Last month they started auto unsubscribing me from McAfee every 30days to now be told that it is an added extra for just £1 more on top of the £88 I'm already paying.
They advertised ABC and slowly started delivering XYZ. I'm wondering is anyone else experiencing the same level of customer satisfaction?

@Jay1981 - I think the offer of switch-up was oversubscribed and possibly abused. See

And they can, and do, change terms, sometimes twice a year... You'd have had e-mails about it, I suspect (possibly in your mail Spam folder!).
