Any one else had this problem ?
I have been waiting since 2nd week of August for )2 to pay back my £184 taht they owe me..they have lied and lied sying it will be in my bank.I had one manager mid September telling me "I promise it will be in your bank by September 30th "..Nothing there.. They are making a complete fool of me..very unproffessional..the call handlers are very sympathetic but he managers havebeen hopless and have lied...i have complained to the financial ombudsman......any other tips ?
