Wake up today morning, planning to go to outside to top up my gas meeter and electr. and buy some stuff for home, food etc. checking my internet banking accaunt, what i see there? O2 charged me two times first time 26 JAN because i cancell my agreement with them, because of POOR network.Thats ok. and they charged again on 9 FEB, today! So, im sitting at home without gas without food without electricity. Contact with them, they told me its a mistake,so i need to wait 5-10 working days to get my money back! What i should do? Is it fear?

Hi @Slav
No it certainly isn't fair if this has occurred. I am not sure what else can be done to help though. It annoys me that it takes so long for O2 to refund money back into your account when they are so quick to take it out.
I could only suggest you ring them again and another advisor may be able to expedite this for you. Its a long shot but the only thing I can suggest sadly

Also speak to your bank.
As the money has been taken in error, they may be able to reverse the transactions if the error can be verified.

Speak to a manager and demand that they expediate the payment. It can be done but you need to insist. As said, also speak to your bank. If you incur charges make a complaint and enclose a statement of the charges.

Under the DD Indemnity guarantee your bank can reverse the funds immediately.
Contact them and request it.
Hi @Anonymous
This seems to me the easiest way to proceed and to get the funds back.
