After a phone call when the phone changes to 3G, it often wouldn’t change back to 4G until restarted. I use an iPhone X.
There are no 4G roaming agreements with any other Portuguese network. You can select 3G on NOS but can only use 3G on Vodafone P in quiet locations. Another agreement would help where MEO coverage isn’t too strong.
