Not Happy At All

Raised a complaint off the back of another complaint..waited since yesterday, told 24hour return call would be made, had to chase call back from manager twice, never happened, then calls cut off at 8pm just as I manage to get through to somebody! Not happy one bit! Tomorrow is another day..I will be on phone first thing tomorrow morning..

8.00am is the best time to call and as you've found out, callbacks rarely happen.

Really annoying! The woman even answered my call and then it just cut off, they have it set up really badly if the people already on the phone just get cut off when the phone lines close, they must deal with loads of complaints every day!
