Same here since about 0500..
"no data
service temporarily not offered by the mobile network"
Tried rebooting a couple of times. removed and replaced sim... Nada.

Have you all tried the coverage checker to see if there are any issues or report it to O2 as they maybe unaware

According to those, everything is fine (it isnt).
Same is happening with Sky's network (an O2 MVNO)
