No access to email, text or data on O2 mobile

I have just got an O2 bolt on for data on my iPhone 4s. Unfortunately, I can't get email, data or texts on the O2 mobile service (can get this on wifi). Must be a problem with mobile settings. Would have liked to speak with O2 live chat, but no one home right now

Text active to 2020. , save and turn airplane mode on and off

Check airplane mode is not on too first.

Try settings , general , reset , reset network settings and or Hold the Top Button and Home Button until the Apple Logo appears, and then let go of both. Your iPhone will reset.

Contact O2 and ask that your on an iPhone - idata setting for data.

Ensure Mobile data is on in the settings.

Settings , mobile , mobile data is toggled on.
