Apparently there is a technical issue with some accounts!!! My partner has an i phone on o2 and has had no service since 2pm, yet I and other family members on o2 are ok? He went into our local o2 shop (BIRMINGHAM) and they appeared very stressed as lots of people were coming in with the same query. I am unable to find any information on the o2 website. Lets hope it doesn't go on for too long and that they offer compensation for the inconvenience.
