Depply deeply unimpressed with new website design. It's a bit like Windows 7 - haven't your people got anything better to do than fix things that didn't need fixing. A massive fail o2!!!

Click around and you will still find dozens of broken links and pages that don't load, also out of date pages that are not removed.
I used to report them all but they rarely got fixed so I don't bother now.

As stated before why should we have to report all the errors where is the person within o2 responsiable for signing off website updates ensuring dead links removed inaccurate pages are removed / corrected. ETC.
I will happily report the issues for a consultancy fee
We have all reported in the past but errors still remain the best example is the website reporting form that ends in a 404 page not found!
An example reported many times o2 travel for business makes it clear northern cyprus excluded yet payg and pay month do not and a user got caught for high charges in northern cyprus.
I cannot believe that there is not an internal process checking all new pages.
And tell me where now in the o2 business pages where I can find the international prices just looping links no where to get the prices.
The website should be the most accurate place to get information yet it is a poor show and reflect on the current customer perception of the company. Eg the contact us page should just give you the numbers etc and not be a questionaire that takes 4 clicks to get a number.

best to just leave it if they arent fixing them
Hi guys,
I'm not sure where you're reporting those bugs, but if you report them here in the community, I can guarantee you they'll get fixed. Usually within a day, depending on the issue.
I'll set up a new dedicated thread for it later today.
Cheers,
Leonard

Leonard with respect but the web feedback form was reported here and still not fixed several times. http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Improvements-to-the-O2-site/m-p/315958#M25306 see other comments still not actioned
O2 travel here and on the web feedback form !!!!!
O2 have the web feedback form that should be the official route and not diverting the issue to the community and taking up your time chasing issues that should not be created in the first place.
The business pages still mention "its" as a benifit yet try and track them down only standard rate and o2 travel rate!!!!!
I could go on and on but lets hope o2 get thier act together and stop the website giving false / missing info. But if the web design team used very simple online checkers they could find all the dead links for the site and allow them to remove the dead links and make the user experiance better.

Hi Adam,
Thanks and I agree with you. The feedback form should be the official way of reporting it.
I went up to Bury on Friday (and got snowed in in Manchester :() and met up with some of the team. We've decided to set up a weekly meeting where we go through an excel file that lists any bugs reported on the community. So, if it's reported on the forum, I can guarantee it's going to be fixed.
I've set up a thread here: http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Website-bugs-or-errors/td-p/394782, so it would be great if you could report anything you spot there.
I'll look into the points you've just mentioned as well, Adam
Cheers,
Leonard

I hope so, I've been reporting errors and feeding back site issues for nearly five years now and it's still a mess.
O2 have created so many different ways of asking for feedback in that time you must see it's hard to believe a serious effort will be made to fix it for good, here's one:
Loads of responses but replies from O2 - Nil :
https://getsatisfaction.com/o2/topics/o2_web_site_problems
After that I signed up to join-in-O2, hoping for better, but all I see there are surveys asking things like "What did I cook for dinner last night?".
So let's hope you have better luck than all the previous efforts.
