Thanks toby, emailed o2 making them aware. I tried to look for sending a message to them last night but could not find anything where to send so I thought I try the forums. They should have some kind a link to report it. They probably do but think it well hidden. o2 website is not user friendly.

You are so right, I have been lobbying for four years now, but it's getting worse, reporting anything through the Community team is the only realistic way of getting heard.

Might be time to organise a sweep of the website between us. Compile a large list of dead links and so on.

Then if Toby and Leonard agree they can forward it for attention:)

You can use the form here (when it works), but often it gets you nowhere:

I long since gave up on the web form, used it a few times but it's totally frustrating when you get the error page after submitting.

Even if it does work, I don't think I've ever had what I would call a result from it.

Without an acknowledgement, or some feedback response you just feel you are wasting your time.
