Hi all
I need help/advice, my phone at least once a week loses o2 signal and the time period varies, I turn the phone off/on and remove the sim etc. I work in an office with 150 people and often enough not all o2 customers are affected there will just be a handful of us. I've checked the website and service in my area is fine (well clearly somethings wrong), o2 have tried replacing my sim etc and it makes no difference, even a new phone has no affect. What would you do? Offcom? I'm paying for a service I don't always get with no reasonable solution - this has now been happening on/off for a year or so
Many thanks

O2 have tried the obvious things (SIM or Phone) so it would appear to an intermittent signal issue. I suggest you make a log of the dates, times and phone numbers effected by this then send the information to the technical support guys to investigate - It's possibly a fault that it not showing on the O2 systems and your info will help with the issue. Personally I wouldn't be going to Ofcom until I had exhausted all opportunities with O2 as they wouldn't be interested.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
