Hello,
For the past 3 weeks I have been calling o2 to cancel multiple accounts that have been set up fraudulently. No one in the household that I live in has an account with o2, but we are being hounded with multiple letters in relation to various bought phones.
O2 keep telling me they'll get back to me in 48 hours, but they never do and this is having a serious impact on my credit score and general well being.
Please advise ASAP

Tech support has been receptive, but I'm just worried it's going to get more serious and I haven't done anything wrong. I just want a message from o2 with an update on the situation and I don't know why it's taking so long.
