Mobile data issue to watch

I recently unpaired my Apple Watch and now I can’t get my mobile phone data to connect to my watch I get error code 14. Have made so many phone calls and message online and also went into a store and I can’t get anyone to help with this issue and it’s so frustrating any help would be so appreciated
