Mast problems

It now been 6 weeks since the mast problems in DN14 7 area, ramdom call and texts sometimes texts are a day later, every week i have contacted them , with the reply it will be fixed shortly, even worse because my contract has run out the offering me upgrades, why upgrage to a service that is not working. no 3G ,

It sounds like you may be in one of the areas planned for network upgrades which are rolling out currently.
