Loyalty discount

Hi just wondered if i changed my pay monthly tariff would i lose my loyalty discount ?

Yes I'm afraid you would. Loyalty discount is only for the length of the particular contract or you change tariff. You could of course try to negotiate another loyalty discount with Retentions but the particular one you have at the moment can't be transferred to any new deal or tariff.

If you are looking at just changing your tariff but maintaining the same contract then your discount will stay but if it’s a complete new contract, no.
