'about you' is somebody else..

I noticed when topping up my mobile broadband it has all changed now and 8GB is available which is great. I want to top up but when I select the amount I want a box appears to the right with 'about you' written on top...but the name, email and number...

O2 Customer Support

What is it with O2 recently? 3 times now I have started chat sessions only to be disconnected due to "technical difficulties" before I have resolved my problem. They used to be so good but don't seem to care anymore.
