I've typed in my Puk number to many times an now I've an invalid sim so I can't call O2

I presume it is the PUK you are looking for (Personal Unblocking Key) ? If so look at this help link

If there's an O2 store in your vicinity, the easiest thing to do would be to go in and let them sort it for you there, but be prepared for it to be busy, as it's a Saturday.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If you have typed in the incorrect PUK 10 times or more your sim is now permanently blocked and you need to pick up a new one from the O2 store. They will swap everything over for you, i.e. number, tariff etc.

Yep, your old sim is now useless. Only solution is a new sim from an O2 shop.
