It's not O2 I'm having the problems with as they're putting me straight through to Sky for ordering-this is where the waiting time is ridiculous~big time! half hour twice today then 50 mins this evening-I ended call in the end without speaking to anyone. I've put an order in for BB and LL but has to be ammended, so they said they've to cancel original order and start again! This is where the problem lies and the lad who was supposed to ring me this tea time didn't so will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings. At the moment I've an order being processed which has to be updated with more freebees, but may have to scupper the freebees to let things proceed.  I haven't got a problem with Sky at all, it's just initial bit........hey ho.
