02 is an excellent network.
my scenario was my old chip snapped into two so I bought a new sim and i find it a hassle to change numbers as you have to inform everyone so I rang 02 and they picked up within 2 minutes you don’t even have to wait for long and they ask a few questions and track your record and make u put ur new sim in the device which there moves the network for 24 hrs and then it comes back on but with the number you wish to have

Not with a broken sim. Customer service would have to do it in that case but the online request can be made if old sim is still working and a different size is needed.
