A shout out of thanks to this excellent customer rep who talked me through an issue, advised what to do, monitored my phone on and off throughout the day and then called me back at the end of the day to make sure everything was still ok.
Absolutely fantastic. He was called Ian with a scottish accent and has excellent skills when dealing with potentially shouty customers 🙂
