Unlikely I'd image the dongles are made as read only type affairs.

Can you right click the dongle in my computer menu then select format. If it works you'll have a flash drive. Probably no larger than 100mb though if even that.

WORD OF WARNING!!!:
If you do format it you won't ever be able to use it as a dongle again.
