Have there been mass redundancies at O2?

Been trying to get through for 2 days, on hold on the phone and no response from 'online chat'.

Don't usually have this much of a problem.

To be honest I imagine after 2 days you've probably been disconnected

In a serious note; I had to phone earlier and I got through in 5 minutes. I did call around4.30 when most people were packing up for the day and not on the phone.
