I am having a mare with O2.
I have had no service at all since Friday and cannot even receive incoming calls.
O2 advise system error, nobody knows why nor can fix it. Instead I am told to wait up to 10 days for the outcome of an investigation.
In addition, customer service has been horrendous.

Assume you have checked for outages

However, if it is an account problem you will need to persist with O2 as there is nothing we can do here
