Yes....on my Note connected to BT Internet. I have Outlook on my PC...this is where it isn't recognising password. BtYahoo mail is working fine on PC

(Before anyone says use GMail. Completely different email address which no one knows)

so it's not working on the pc? Have you followed the link for forgotten password.

To be honest I hate the stock email app. I've tried quite a few such as  K9, Aqua mail, Mailbox and outlook etc.

Settled on MyMail which works great for the half a dozen email addresses I have.

Try changing the password on BTYahoo and then go to Outlook and try again. You can always change the password back again?

All sorted. BT obviously went down in sympathy with O2. Back working now and reinstalled on my Note...

Still raining though LOL

Hi,

I have the same problem -- lost my o2 email access since sometime yesterday Friday 14th August 2015.

Some are implying that its back now, but I'm still getting this on my Thunderbird client:

An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting:  mail.o2.co.uk Service not available - too busy.

Help, anyone ?
