Just putting this up in case others are having problems... but can read topics...

The forum was offline for me (Midlands based) for 3 hours this morning 7am -10am. I could actually see that some members who live in the North were able to log on...

Happening a lot just lately and not sure if Forum Management are aware?:smileysad:

Hi guys,
Quick update:

The fix that occurred last night should have fixed the PM URL issues for everyone. However, the cut-off text issue has a different cause, so this is being looked at specifically now. Because these issues occurred together, we assumed they shared a cause. I shall update you again when I can. Thanks for being patient.

Noted,  thanks.  Working fine in IE11 but not quite there in Chrome. The PM URl is accepted OK but does not display as what I would understand to be a live link - that is it does not open the web page when double-clicked.  If however I right click and select Open link in New Tab or New page it works fine. However Chrome is not my default browser so maybe some other Members couls check it out and report.

Bet it's linked to the custom font used.
When the standard font is loaded it fits.

Hi @viridis  - can a user like me change whatever custom font the webpage designers use (presumably that is hidden in a style sheet or whatever the modern equivalent is called)

From memory you can change font size though in user settings?

Short, sharp, clear!  Love it.   So may I ask  how you know that the standard font fits?  Or is that just an educated and skillful guess @viridis?

Yes  - thanks @MI5.  Tried that but it does not appear to cure the problem.
