Don't waste your time sending an email to the link at the bottom of your billing email from O2 email - it doesn't work. Here's the helpful reply I got:
"Hello, Thanks for your email, but we have now shut down our email support service."
So WTF are they still putting that email address at the bottom of their correspondence? Because they want to appear contactable! - a lot of the folks here that think their service is wonderful, because they never tried to get a real issue resolved.

Yes no email contact for a few years now and their email temp desperately needs to be changed. The only email is the complaints team so maybe try them.
