I saw online about a deal where I purchased a phone and would receive a text to get £1 headphones, so I headed to the shop and brought the phone (A34 along with a pay monthly sim contract) that was part of the deal, waited 30 days and did not receive any text. looked into the deal again and noticed that it stated in the T and C's that you must purchase a tariff to be eligible to get the deal. This was not made clear on the website when I saw the deal and I was not informed in the store when I mentioned the deal. If someone could help me get my ear buds for £1 that would be much appreciated as this feels like I'm being scamed
