I was chatting to what I thought was someone working at O2 via app chat, wanted to cancel my Apple Watch tariff, until he or she asked for one time passcode? Is this normal security check or have I been scammed? I did change my password and security question just in case. Any help would be appreciated, many thanks.

@J20513

Perfectly normal for when you have contacted O2 (but not the other way around)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
