Reading this community there are many issues o2 need to address, post them here with links to the original thread and lets hope that after flagging this thread to the community manager Leonard action will be taken.
Open Note To Leonard/Abs.
There have been many threads with issues that needed direct o2 support / Customerservice answers or urgent procedural action. These threads get a response that either you Leonard or abs has taken the issue higher but we see no action.
The regular users (deminshing can only offer help when it is not an o2 issue) need this level of support.

Thanks for your thoughts guys,
You're right, it's sometimes difficult to understand the banter. I'm having problems with that now and again, to be honest
However, it is one of the reasons why I think it's important to have things like off-topic and discussions available to everyone. It makes the community a lot more accessible for members, don't you think? I also think it would be quite hard to decide who to make a super users and who to allow access to certain private boards. Is it mainly that part that you're missing? A private discussion board?
Personally, I'm a firm believer in having public discussions, but I agree that we should have had this discussions in the superuser boards before we made the changes. That's one of the bigger mistakes I feel I've made.
Regarding the merged Pay & Go / Pay Monthly boards, do you have any other suggestions, outside of creating an individual Pay & Go board? I would love to hear your thoughts on that as well.
Cheers,
Leonard

1. Better support on the forum
Good. I really hope this is done properly and not messed up.
2. Merge of Pay & Go and Pay Monthly
I have no interest in mobiles so can't comment on this.
3. Reintroducing superuser roles
You really don't get it. The old regulars have no interest in your silly games of chasing kudos and ranking.
We've supported the forum over the years while O2 showed no interest in it, we don't need these silly games to manipulate us into helping members. In fact it has the reverse affect.
Please find a way for us to opt out of this silliness.

How about moving O2 Wallet to O2 products and services to make space for P & G, Pay monthly could be incorporated in Get help with your mobile device by adding "or Pay monthly account"?

And that's all they are !........because we know that whatever we suggest, O2 have already decided how the forum will pan out......OK there may be small tweaks here and there but we know that none of the major changes we have suggested will be implemented.
Like I said earlier, it's just like a local council consultation period.

Sorry perksie, I'm not sure if I understood that. You meant merging P&G with "other products and services"?
No, he means merging O2 Wallet with the other products board. There are more people that are on P&G asking questions than there are on Wallet.

Wouldn't it still frustrate you that almost everyone else would be part of those rankings, though?
No remove them all together
We help other customers here because we have experienced the issues. Not to look flash.
The superuser status was not about rankings it was as a recognition of the work we did in shaping the original incarnation of the Lithium based community we were the beta testers that helped in ironing out the issues and agreed with the layout the social media team came up with.
The sections are now too condensed to make useful sense. E.G. not all of the device manufacturers only run android for example in the android section as there are a lot of non sony handsets still not running android.
I know we will never see the results of the internal monitoring of the changes so we may as well just leave the sections in the muddles they are and only help when a poster has made it clear what the need to know.

Which is also why numerous first time posters are using the Welcome & News, "Introduce Yourself" thread to ask questions which should have been posted in one of the specialised sections. As first time posters they are disorientated or confused by the section titles.
