Hi there, could I please ask a question?
Just posting a question about a Bolt on. I am on pay as you go and I just top up now and again with £10, and this gives me 3000 02 texts and 0 minutes and 50MB of data. I put a £5 data bolt on, the day before the £10 worth of data and texts ran out. But when I log into my02 it just says you have no tariff allowances, it does not show the bolt allowance. But when I scroll down, I can see the bolt on. Just wondering, do I have to activate it?
I would be very grateful, for any thought or ideas.

@MI5 Tried ringing 4445 numerous times only to be kept hanging on, then call always failing to get through. So I just enabled mobile data and was able to use it. So hopefully it will be the bolt on I have purchased, that is being used up. Not been charged for using mobile date, as of yet.
