Exactly one year ago, I upgraded my phone. However, it did not suit and I returned it within the period allowed. Although I have spoken to O2 on numerous occasions, and despite their promises to amend and refund the account, I am still been billed for the new phone and allegedly within a contract for the non existent phone. I am now at the end of my tether!!!! Has any one else experienced anything similiar and how was it resolved??

12 months and you continued to pay? Complain now, takes up to 10 working days though.
