Solved: Delete O2 Account

Hi all,

I have somehow got 2 o2 accounts. Only 1 will show me my pay monthly bill, but the other is linked to my e-mail address.

I would like to delete the one that my e-mail address is linked to so that I can connect the other to it. This way my phone bill will be e-mailed to me, etc.

Anyone know how to make this happen?

I've searched the o2 site but can't find any way of deactivating accounts.

Any feedback would be great!

Hi.

Customer Services should be able to assist.

If you contact 02 Customer Services from your mobile by dialling 202 for Pay Monthly Customers or 4445 for Payg Customers they will be able to check your account.
