Has anyone else suffered from delays in receiving SMSs or Voicemails? I've noticed for the last few weeks that (not all the time) I'm getting these having been sent to me hours before. Yesterday, I got an SMS and a Voicemail relating to it seven - yes 7 - hours later. I'm getting blamed for not looking at my messages! What's the procedure here?

I am having massive issues with delayed texts! Ever since I returned from holiday, friends have text me and I'm not getting any of the messages where the provider is O2 on both sides. I have checked all the usual stuff i.e. clean SIM, reset network settings, imessage on/off etc, but still nothing (and I've had the same iphone for over a year). Given that my contract is up for renewal on the 19th Nov, I really am considering going elsewhere now as this is unacceptabe given how much I pay!

Ask O2 to re-provision your connection, it sounds as if your phone hasn't hooked properly back onto the network.

I'm not sure why the price you pay should make any difference as the service is the same for everyone.
