Customer Service...poor beyond words

O2...a public plea....please please do something to improve customer service. It's intolerably poor, you are keeping people waiting absurd lengths of time and I for one have to pay 5p per minute. It's an insult to your customers - I've been a customer for >5 years and paid you many hundreds of pounds in that time, I don't deserve this level of contempt and disrespect, nor do any of your customers. It's a disgrace and I intend to bitch about it as publicly as possible because I've tried all the civilised ways of getting you to pay attention. Watch this space (and many others)...

Sigh. Sadly you won't be the first to do it so I'd advise you not to bother repeating what has already been said on here multiple times as most of us will just ignore it as we know its a one-time poster. Feel free to air your greviances but if you want, take a look at the threads about the iphone 5 and the network outages as there are others who felt the same. The former has been causing a big backlog as it does every launch with predictable posts about leaving due to the long queue on the phone.

 

BTW, o2 only have a couple of people on here (who'll let you know who they are soon) but generally, its just us o2 customers helping out each other. And The Mods but they're generally quiet these days.

Hopefully his problem in contacting someone has been sorted. I think he just felt in the need for a rant:smileywink:

nice rant but loyalty doesnt mean you will get something the way you wanted, maybe eventually
