Hi
I have always had problems regarding coverage .... phone and data from my home. We have lived here for 6 years. Calls and messaging drops regularly, data is so slow and that drops often too. Two weeks ago I was told by o2 I have good coverage. I look at the coverage checker, and it states the same. QUITE FAMILY I DON'T BELIEVE IT I am seriously thinking 0f making a move. A near neighbour went to orange two years ago because of this problem.
I have three o2 contract phones which are all due for renewal in next 4 months.
I need some honest answers about the coverage, or I will probably look else where

o2 do not give site upgrade info out.
But the whole network is going through major changes because of the 4g auction lot o2 bought they have to provide 98% indoor coverage on 4g 3g and 2g by 2017 but o2 are predicting by end 2015.
But the advice I always give is go with the provider that gives you coverage where you use it.

Hi and welcome.
Did you check what coverage 02 gave you before committing to contracts ?
Ie: Asking neighbours and trying out pay-as-you-go sim cards.
