Is there anyone who has taken these cretins to court before? I’ve had a complaint raised since the 8/6/22. They just keep fobbing me off and creating new problems. I’ve spoken to the complaints review service twice, each time I’m told I’ll get a call back within 10 working days- different from the 5 working days customer service has quoted me numerous times.

I would go through the Ombudsman service, before taking further action, as you need to show you have exhausted all the channels pre action.
Best thing to do is talk to a lawyer.
