Complete O2 mobile signal outage in S36 postcode area

The usually strong GPRS O2 signal has completely disappeared in the S36 postcode area.

I can see Voda, Orange, T-Mob and 3, but O2 has disappeared.

How do I escalate this problem with me not having any way to dial a phone number right now?

Use a landline to call them, 0844 809 0202.

As you will have heard, there is a major fire at a BT facility. Vodafone and O2 are both affected.
