Communication ombudsman and O2 agreed back in June to send me a cheque for compensation. Still not arrived been over 45days. Communication ombudsman chasing o2 but they are ignoring them
sent multiple emails to the address on the letter from o2 but nothing from these thieves and liars
i guess next step is the small claims court
anyone else facing this issue.

You need to speak to the Ombudsman, and find out what is going on, and let it run the course, and they are the only ones who are in a position to offer advice...
And remember you have to start all over again with the Small Claims Court...
