Can somebody explain why, if I disconnect from the Community without logging off, I can reload the page an hour or so later without being required to log on again ?

I've never had this occur with any other website.

Yes I've noticed that happens which has been since the logged in time had been extended.

Toby set the log in for the community to never expire. You only have to log in to go to the My O2 section.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

But surely by coming out of the URL completely for 60+ minutes, the logging procedure should "forget" ???

I've never known this to happen on any other website.

Maybe it's just Chrome then but I've not logged on for months.

For me, if I close the browser down and open it up straight away, I have to sign in again. Using Firefox...
