Service has been down for 4 days now, please prvide a meaningful eta when the service will be back up and running.
I am also looking for some sort of pro-rata discount off liner rental for the 4 days and a gesture of goodwill as I have had to use othere peoples phones / landlineetc at cost to myself.

Despite glimpses of Service last night the bad news is phone searching for signal.
Therefore blatant lies by the customer services representative on live chat on the complaints page.
Although I say blatant lies I guess she should not have said it would definitely be fixed as she is not an engineer I am guessing lol.
Updates to follow - including a call to O2 once I have calmed down a bit

Well although service has been down most of the morning except for a trip out of my area connecting to another mast I would say anyone else affected should try the web chat from the complaints to O2 webpage.
I will not state what the goodwill gesture was that was agreed but it was something given as a "one off" and if you have been financially affected by this outage and or spent lots of time trying to speak with O2 you may want to try this route.
Service as I speak is up but it could be a hardware issue with the mast causing the issues.
