Changes to 02 software

I tried to sign in this morning but 02 did not recognise me. Anyway one operator hung up on me and the second tried really hard and called back. He was failing but miraculously mid-way through the call the system recognised me and signed me in! Wow I do wish software engineers would tell their poor hard worked call centres when they are updating the system as there is little operators can do to resolve sign in issues when the software folk are in the midst of an update.....usually for important security reasons but also often for supposed upgrades. My first posting and prompted by a wasted morning when all I wanted to do was register for an iphone 14 and found it impossible to log in to my account. So frustrating 02!

You cant register till 1pm tomorrow for a iPhone 14
