Calling Sweden

Just wanted to know if my friend in Sweden also has to pay for any calls I make to him?

He's on comviq network if that helps any

No, if he's on his home network there should be no charge for him.

Does his network normally charge for incoming calls? If not, then it's only you who will be charged. Why don't you use Skype or a different VOIP?

Even Skype charges for voice calls, it's only about a penny and a bit per minute though.

Skype to Skype is free. If you were using it on your phone you would be using your data allowance, but if you were on a computer it's free if it's Skype to Skype.

"Viper" is also a good App. It's free txt'ing and calling.

Not the same quality as via normal call, but hey... it's for free

We do use Skype but there are times I need to contact him when I'm not at home
 and don't have access to it
